My husband and I have been married for 44 years. We are both retired. He loves to garden and read. I like to do those things too but still need to do something interesting and keep myself in the loop. I have been selling on ebay since 2002. I really like selling over the internet and reading and writing on the blogs as you can talk to many nice people. There are also some not so nice but the nice ones far outweigh the not so nice. I also do this in order to supplement our income as day-to-day living is quite expensive - as I'm sure you all know. I have also learned many things that I didn't know. It seems I learn something new every day. Isn't that the purpose of life?

I am the proud parent of a daughter who is all grown up and has her own housepainting business in Chicago, Illinois, Painters Extraordinaire II. She is a wonderful painter and my pride and joy.
